I provide cycling plans that work across a full range of cycling disciplines from sportives to shorter distance.

I also do sessions to improve efficiency of bike handling, cornering, braking, mounting and dismouting skills which areĀ all important when aiming to improve cycling ability and confidence.

There are great group-sessions with clubs and tri clubs to enhance your ability to ride in groups. I also offer small group sessions working on technique, descending etc….
